After graduating college in the nation's capital, Washington, DC, I decided to defer graduate school and take a gap year. It was by far one of the best things I've ever done and thankfully my parents came around the idea and supported my plans to travel, take classes, and backpack South East Asia (#FelisagoestoSEA).
